Bjorn has spent his career coaching leaders, facilitating team transformation, and designing high‑impact experiences that strengthen how people think, communicate, and make decisions. He brings a calm, perceptive presence and his approach is intentional and grounded in real‑life behavior — how people actually operate under pressure, in relationships, and through change.

His team works with a small number of VPs and C-suite executives where they can create measurable, sustained impact. Their client roster includes a three-year strategic partnership with Google Cloud, providing embedded advisory on leadership development at scale, organizational effectiveness, team transformation, and talent strategy through annual retainers. Engagements typically run 3-12 months because real transformation requires sustained partnership.

Bjorn personally takes on approximately 10 executive coaching clients per year for leaders navigating significant transitions who need someone to tell them the truth, even when it's uncomfortable.
